Tetrodocain

Because of this, tetrodotoxin is sometimes used in medicine to help numb pain. Doctors might use something called tetrodotoxin to help people who are having surgery or who are in a lot of pain. They use it very carefully though, because it can still be dangerous if not used correctly.
