The Lands of Cunninghamhead
Okay, so imagine a big piece of land that belongs to a man named Cunninghamhead. It's his property and he can do whatever he wants with it.
Now, Cunninghamhead has decided to divide his land into smaller pieces and sell or rent them to other people. These smaller pieces are called plots and each plot has its own number.
People who buy or rent a plot of land from Cunninghamhead can use it for different things, like growing crops, building a house or even just having a picnic.
But, even though each plot of land has its own number, they all belong to Cunninghamhead and he is still the boss of all of it.
