Thermization

Thermization is when we heat up milk to make it safer and healthier to drink. It's like when you put your food in the microwave to make it warm, except we do it to the milk. We heat it up to a certain temperature, which is not as hot as boiling, but still hot enough to kill bad bacteria that can make us sick.
