Thermoelectric cooling

Thermoelectric cooling is a way to cool something down that uses electricity. It works by using something called the Peltier effect. The Peltier effect happens when a type of material, called a Peltier module, is placed between two different kinds of metal and an electrical current passes between them. When the current passes, heat moves from one side of the Peltier module to the other, so one side gets cooler, while the other side gets warmer. By attaching a fan and some other parts, it's possible to keep the cooler side cool and use it to cool down the air, which cools down whatever you want to cool down.
