Thermosynthesis

Okay, so thermosynthesis is like how plants make their own food using sunshine and air. Remember how Mommy said we have to eat food to have energy? Well, plants also need energy to grow big and healthy, and they get that energy from the sun, just like how we feel warm when we play in the sun.

But how do plants turn sunshine into food? They have tiny parts called chloroplasts that help capture sunlight and use it to make food molecules. These food molecules are made up of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen atoms, which the plant gets from the air and water around it.

When the plant makes food, it releases a gas called oxygen back into the air, which is what we need to breathe. So, in a way, plants are like our friends who give us air to breathe while we give them carbon dioxide to breathe.

Thermosynthesis is just a big word to describe how plants make food using heat and light energy from the sun. It's like a magical process where the sun makes food out of thin air!
