Third British Invasion
So, it's like when people from Britain, which is a small country across the ocean, came over to America a long time ago and brought with them their music style called rock and roll. This was the first British invasion!
Then, later on, some more British musicians came over to America and made a lot of popular music that people really liked. This was called the second British invasion.
Now, there's a third British invasion happening! This means that another group of musicians from Britain are making really cool music and tons of people in America are listening to it and liking it. So, we call it an invasion because their music is taking over our radios and playlists! Some popular bands from this third British invasion are One Direction, Adele, and Ed Sheeran.
