ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Three Leagues

Imagine you have a lot of friends who want to play tag with you. But there are so many of them, and it's hard to keep track of everyone. So, to make things easier, you decide to divide your friends into three different groups or leagues.

In the first league, you have all your best friends - the ones you are closest to. You know them well, and you trust them. You play the normal version of tag with them, and you have a lot of fun together.

In the second league, you have some friends who may not be as close to you but are still pretty good friends. They might be friends from your school, your neighborhood, or other places. You play tag with them, but with some special rules to make it more interesting. Maybe you have to run in slow motion when you tag someone, or you can't use your hands to tag. It's a bit different from the first league but still lots of fun.

In the third league, you have friends who you don't know very well. They might be friends of your friends or people you just met. Playing tag with them can be a little trickier because you don't know their playing style or if they'll follow the rules. So, in this league, you play tag with some extra rules to keep things fair. Maybe you can only tag someone by tapping their shoulder or only in certain areas. This way, everyone has a chance to enjoy the game, even if they are not very good at it yet.

Having these three leagues helps you organize the game better and make sure everyone has a good time. You can easily keep track of who you're playing with and what kind of game you want to play. Each league has different levels of closeness and rules, but they all serve the same purpose - to have fun and enjoy playing tag with your friends!
