Tiled printing

Tiled printing is like taking a big picture and cutting it into little pieces so you can print it out and put the pieces together to make the big picture again.

Imagine you have a really big picture of a giant tree, but your printer can only print on regular size paper. Instead of making the picture smaller so it fits on one sheet of paper, tiled printing allows you to break the picture down into multiple smaller sections that can be printed on separate sheets of paper.

To do this, a computer program takes the big picture and cuts it into smaller pieces that will fit on each sheet of paper. Then, you can print each section individually, making sure they line up correctly. Once all the pieces are printed, you can put them together like a puzzle to recreate the big picture.

Tiled printing is useful for printing banners or large posters that can't fit on a single sheet of paper. It's also a good solution if you don't have access to a large format printer or if you want to save on printing costs.
