Timeline of Nuremberg

Ok, so in the olden times, something very very bad happened. Some people did very bad things to other people and hurt them a lot. This happened in a place called Germany during a big war called World War II.

After the war was over, some people wanted to make sure that the people who did these bad things were punished. They made a court called the Nuremberg Trials.

The trials started in 1945 and went on for a long time. A lot of people who did bad things were caught and put on trial. The trial was like a big game where lawyers tried to show who did what bad thing and why.

The judges listened to everyone very carefully and then made a decision about who was guilty and who was not. Some people who did very bad things were punished and sent to jail, while others were not found guilty.

The Nuremberg Trials were very important because they showed that nobody can get away with doing very bad things to other people and hurting them. It also helped people understand how we can make sure that something like this never happens again.
