ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Titular nation

Titular Nation is when a group of people or a country decide to call themselves a country without actually having their own land or government. A titular nation may not have a physical home, but they still have their own unique culture, language, and traditions. They might have national symbols, customs, and holidays just like any other country too. Even though they don't have their own country, they are still recognized by other countries in the world.
