Tofu-dreg project

The tofu-dreg project is a way of using leftover tofu to help the environment. Tofu is a food made from soybeans that is high in protein and low in fat, and is often used in vegan and vegetarian dishes. Leftover tofu can be difficult to use, so the tofu-dreg project uses the leftover pieces to create a compost or fertilizer for plants. This fertilizer helps plants grow better and this helps the environment by providing oxygen, absorbing carbon dioxide, providing habitat for wildlife, and preventing floods. So, by using leftover tofu, the tofu-dreg project helps the environment!
