Tom Tierney was an artist who liked to draw pictures of people wearing fancy clothes. He drew a lot of pictures of famous people from history, like princesses and queens and movie stars. Sometimes he would draw whole books of pictures of these famous people, and people would buy them to look at the pretty pictures. Tom Tierney was very good at drawing these fancy clothes, and people liked his pictures a lot.
