Tomographic reconstruction

Tomography is like taking pictures of something from different sides, like looking at an object from all around it. In tomographic reconstruction, scientists use these pictures to build a 3D image of whatever the object is. They do this by making computer algorithms that look at the pictures and draw connections between them, like putting a puzzle together. Once they have the 3D image, they can look at it to learn more about the object.
