Torpedo boat

A torpedo boat is a small boat that is designed to move very fast through the water and shoot torpedoes at other boats or targets.

Think of a torpedo boat like a race car that drives on the water instead of on the road. Just like a race car is designed for speed, a torpedo boat is designed to be very fast and nimble in the water.

Torpedoes are special weapons that are fired from the torpedo boat and travel underwater to hit their target. They are like really big underwater missiles that can explode and cause a lot of damage.

Torpedo boats were first used in wars a long time ago, and they were used to attack enemy ships and defend their own ships. Today, there are still some countries that use torpedo boats for military purposes, but they are mostly used for things like fishing or recreation.
