Tower en route control

Tower En-Route Control (or TEC) is a type of air traffic control in which people help guide airplanes during their trips between airports. The people who are part of this type of air traffic control help make sure the airplanes fly safely and without crashing into each other. They do this by watching the airplanes on a screen, talking to the pilots, and tracking where all of them are. They will also tell the pilots if there is bad weather or other things that can impact their flight. They also make sure the planes stay on course, and know when to switch them to another route if needed. It’s like the air traffic control people are like an air traffic control tower in the sky that helps keep airplanes safe and on the right path.
