Tribute act

A tribute act is when someone pretends to be another famous person, usually a singer or musician. The tribute act will dress like the famous person and sing their songs, just like the famous person would. It's like playing pretend, but with someone else's music. People usually go to tribute acts to hear their favorite artist's music played by someone else.
