Triple point

Triple point is a temperature and pressure where three different phases (solid, liquid, and gas) of one material can exist at the same time. For example, water can be solid (ice), liquid (water), or gas (steam) at its triple point, which is 0° Celsius and 611 pascals (a unit of pressure).
