Tuberous breasts
So, you know how breasts are usually round and smooth? Well, sometimes they can grow in a different way that makes them look a little different. This is called tuberous breasts.
You can think of tuberous breasts like a flower that didn't bloom all the way. Instead of growing round and full like a fully-bloomed flower, the breast grows a little differently and can have a pointed or conical shape.
This happens because there's something a little different about the way the breast tissue grows. It can cause the nipple to look like it's really high up on the breast or make the areola (the darker skin around the nipple) look bigger than usual.
It's important to remember that even though tuberous breasts might look a little different than you're used to seeing, they're completely normal and lots of people have them. And, just like all breasts, they have milk ducts so they can still work to feed babies if someone wants to breastfeed.
