UPS Airlines Flight 6
Okay so sweetie, do you know what an airplane is? It's like a really big bus that can fly in the air! And there's a special company called UPS that has airplanes just for delivering packages and mail all around the world.
So one time, a long time ago, a UPS plane called "Flight 6" was flying over the Pacific Ocean on its way to the United States. But something went wrong with one of the plane's engines, which is the part that helps the plane stay up in the air.
The pilots on the plane tried to fix the engine, but they couldn't, so they knew they had to land as soon as possible. But because they were over the ocean, they couldn't just land on the ground like normal. Instead, they had to try and find an island or a ship to land on.
Thankfully, they were able to see a tiny island called Guam and they were able to safely land the plane there. The pilots were okay, but some of the packages on the plane got damaged because of the landing. But overall, it was a very scary situation that the pilots handled very well!
