A ubiquitous sensor network is a system of many small sensors (like tiny computers) that are spread out in a large area or city. These sensors constantly take readings and send them back to a computer or other kind of control center. This way, the computer in the control center can get information from all these different places, and look for patterns or changes that could be important. For example, maybe the sensors measure things like temperature, humidity, air quality, or noise level, and the computer can detect when something is going wrong in an area, so that it can alert people who can fix it.
