Uddiyana bandha

Okay kiddo, uddiyana bandha is a yoga technique that involves pulling your belly button in towards your spine and up towards your ribcage. It's kind of like sucking in your tummy, but in a specific way.

When you do uddiyana bandha, it helps you strengthen your belly muscles and improve your digestion and energy flow. It also helps you breathe better and relax your body.

To do uddiyana bandha, you need to stand up straight with your hands on your hips. Then, take a deep breath in and exhale all the air out of your lungs. Next, suck your tummy in and up towards your ribcage while holding your breath. Hold this position for a few seconds, then release your tummy and inhale deeply.

You can practice uddiyana bandha anytime, but it's best to do it on an empty stomach and with the guidance of a yoga teacher. It might feel a little weird or uncomfortable at first, but with practice, you'll get the hang of it. And that's uddiyana bandha in a nutshell, kiddo!
