Ultimate Attribution Error is when someone judges another person harshly for their mistakes, even though they make mistakes too. It's like when you get angry at someone for taking too long to do something, but then you realize that you have also taken a long time to do the same thing. It's easy to get mad at someone else for making mistakes that you make too.
