ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Unclassified language

Unclassified language is just like any other language that you might speak or hear every day. You might speak English, Spanish, French, or even a made-up language like Pig Latin. Unclassified language is a language that anyone can speak or understand without needing any special permission.

Sometimes, the government or other organizations have important information that they need to keep secret. When they talk about this secret information, they can't use regular language because other people might overhear and find out the secret. So, they use a special kind of language called classified language. This language is like a secret code that only people with special clearance can understand.

Unclassified language, on the other hand, is just normal everyday language that anyone can understand. You can use this language to talk to your friends or family, to write stories or books, or to communicate with people from all over the world. There is no secret code or hidden meaning behind unclassified language. It is simply a way for people to communicate with each other in a way that makes sense to everyone.
