ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Unconference

Unconferences are meetings or conferences which are not planned ahead of time. Instead, anyone at the event can propose a topic or discussion to talk about. Then everyone decides which topics they would like to discuss, and the whole group will have a conversation about those topics. So instead of having a pre-planned agenda like in normal conferences, everyone gets to decide on the spot what they would like to talk about.
