Unconstitutional vagueness

Unconstitutional vagueness means something isn't clear or it's too hard to understand. The Constitution says that laws must be clear and understandable, so that everyone knows what is allowed and what isn't. If a law is too confusing or hard to understand, it might be unconstitutional.
