Okay kiddo, today we will talk about something called "uniform consensus." It's like when all the kids in the playground need to agree on what game to play.
Uniform consensus is when a group of people need to make a decision, and they want everyone to agree on what the decision should be. Think of it like a big team trying to decide on what snack to have during a break.
To reach uniform consensus, every person needs to share their ideas and listen to what others have to say. Then, the group tries to find a solution that everyone is happy with - this is called “reaching agreement”.
But, if some people don’t like the solution, they will keep trying to come up with different ideas that everyone can agree on until everyone is satisfied. This means that uniform consensus is a fair and democratic way of making decisions as everyone's ideas are valued and included - just like when playing games on the playground.
