United States Air Force Combat Control Team

The United States Air Force Combat Control Team is a group of brave and highly trained people who work together to make sure the Air Force can operate in any environment. They are like the superheroes of the Air Force!

They go into areas that are very difficult to operate in, places like mountains or enemy territory, and help the Air Force pilots and aircraft get in and out safely. They work together to control air and ground operations, making sure that the Air Force can complete their missions.

To be part of the Combat Control Team, you have to be in really good physical shape, have great eyesight and hearing, and be able to think on your feet in any situation. They train a lot, just like athletes do, so they can be the best at what they do.

When they are on a mission, the Combat Control Team skydives out of an airplane or helicopter and sets up a runway or landing zone for the Air Force aircraft to come in and land safely. They also help guide the pilots to the right location and make sure the area is secure so that the aircraft can take off safely.

Overall, the Combat Control Team works together to make sure the Air Force can operate successfully in any environment and complete their missions. They are a very important part of the Air Force team and keep us all safe!
