United States Daughters of 1812

The United States Daughters of 1812 is a group of people who are related to someone who was involved in the War of 1812, a war that happened a long time ago in the United States. If your ancestor fought in that war or helped in any way, then you might be able to join this group. The members of this group get together to talk about the war, learn more about it, and remember the people who were important during that time. They also do things to honor the people who served in the war, like doing historical reenactments and placing memorials in their honor.
