United States Navy in Vieques, Puerto Rico

The United States Navy used to have a place called Vieques in Puerto Rico where they would practice different things with their ships and weapons. It was like a playground for the Navy where they could try out new things and make sure everything was working properly. But some people who lived on Vieques didn't like when the Navy would do their practices because it could be loud and sometimes dangerous. They also thought it was not fair for the Navy to use their land without asking them first. So, after some time, the Navy decided to stop using Vieques and find another place to practice.
