ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Universal usability

Universal usability means that something is designed to be easy to use by anyone, no matter who they are, what their age or level of experience is, or what special needs they may have. It is the idea that things should be designed to be usable by the biggest possible group of people. For example, a website or app should be easy to use not just by someone who is tech-savvy but also by someone who has never used one before.
