Unknown years of Jesus
Okay kiddo, so you know the story of baby Jesus being born in a manger and growing up to be a very special man, right? Well, there's some parts of his life that we don't know too much about.
See, in the Bible, we hear about Jesus being born and then when he's about 12 years old, he goes to the temple and talks with some important religious leaders. But then, we don't really hear much about him until he's 30 years old and starts his important work of preaching and performing miracles.
So, what happened during those "unknown" years? Well, some people believe that Jesus traveled to different places and learned important things from other wise people. Others think that he stayed closer to home and just lived a quiet life with his family.
But since there's not a lot of written records from that time, we can't say for sure what happened. It's kind of like a mystery that we may never fully solve.
But what we do know is that when Jesus started his work as an adult, he had a lot of important things to say and did amazing things that people still talk about today, even centuries later.
