Unladen Swallow

You know how birds fly in the sky, right? Well, one type of bird is called a swallow and when it's flying without anything in its mouth or wings, we call it an "unladen swallow". It's like when you're carrying nothing and your hands are empty. Another cool fact is that swallows are really good at flying because they have special wings that let them swoop and turn quickly. Pretty amazing, right?
