Utah Oil Sands Joint Venture

Think of Utah oil sands joint venture as a group of adults who decided to work together to dig out oil from a special type of sand in Utah. This sand has tiny bits of oil in it that can be extracted by using special machines and chemicals.

The adults who work together in this joint venture have agreed to share the work, expenses, and profits of digging out the oil from the sand. They work as a team and they each have their own special jobs to do to get the oil out of the sand.

Once they get the oil out of the sand, they can sell it to people who need it, like factories that make gasoline for cars or airplane fuel.

The Utah oil sands joint venture helps these adults work together and make more money than they would if they were working alone. But they have to be careful while they dig out the oil from the sand, so that they don't harm the environment or the animals that live nearby.
