ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Value network

A value network is a way to measure how much something is worth. It's like when you put a price or a number on something - that number is its value. A value network looks at lots of different things to figure out how much something is worth. It looks at things like how long it will last, how much it will cost to make, how many people want it, and how useful it is. With all of this information, it can come up with an estimated value.
