Video display controller

A video display controller is a special type of computer chip that's used to show images on a screen. When you watch TV, play video games, or look at a computer display, it's the video display controller that's creating the picture. It works by sending a stream of electronic signals to a display device (like a TV or monitor) which then shows the image you want. The controller is able to show any kind of picture depending on the instructions it gets from the computer.
