Video production

Video production is about making a story using moving pictures and sound. It's like making a short movie!

First, you need to plan what the story will be about and figure out who the characters are going to be. Then, you will have to write a 'script' which is like writing down what people are going to say and what they will be doing.

Next, you need to make sure you have all the equipment you need. You might need a camera, lights, microphones and a computer to edit the video.

Then, you will film the story following the script. This means you will record the characters saying their lines and doing things in different parts of the story.

After you have finished filming, you will bring all of the footage to the computer to edit it. This is where you will put all the different clips from filming together to make a flowing story. You will also add sound effects and music to make it more interesting.

Once the video is finished, you can share it with others either by uploading it to websites like YouTube or Vimeo or by showing it on TV.

Making videos is a lot of work, but it's also a lot of fun!
