Vision rehabilitation

Alright kiddo, have you ever seen someone wear glasses before? When people wear glasses, it helps them see better because their eyes may not be working perfectly. Vision rehabilitation is like glasses, but it helps people see better in different ways.

Sometimes, people have a hard time seeing because they have an injury, a condition, or just getting older. But, with vision rehabilitation, people can learn how to use their eyes better and make things look clearer, brighter or bigger.

There are many ways a doctor, called an optometrist, can help someone with vision rehabilitation. They can teach them exercises to help their eyes work together better or tell them what kind of glasses or contacts to use. They can also give them special tools or machines that can make things look bigger or clearer, or even change how colors look!

Just like how somebody might go to physical therapy to help their muscles get stronger, people can go to vision therapy to help their eyes get stronger too. Through exercises, games and activities, they can teach their eyes and brain to work together better and improve their overall vision.

With vision rehabilitation, people can get the help they need to see the world around them better and do the things they love.
