Vitascan

Okay kiddo, so I'll tell you about Vitascan. You know how doctors and nurses use special machines to take pictures of our insides to see if we are healthy? Vitascan is one of those machines, but it's different because it takes a picture of your veins, which are like tubes inside your body that carry your blood.

When you use Vitascan, you lay down on a special bed and a nurse helps put a small device on your arm, which shines a light to help the Vitascan see your veins better. The Vitascan takes a picture of your veins, and then the nurse can see if they look healthy or if there are any problems.

This can be really helpful for doctors and nurses because it can help them decide how to take care of you if you have a problem with your veins, like if they aren't working well or if they are blocked. It doesn't hurt, and it's over pretty quickly, so don't worry, it's all okay!
