Von Neumann regular ring

A Von Neumann regular ring is a mathematical structure which is made up of numbers which interact with each other in special ways. It's like a circle of numbers that each have their own special rule. For example, if number 1 is added to number 2, it could give you number 3. Or, if number 2 is multiplied by 2, it might give you number 4.
