Voxeljet
Okay kiddo, so you know how we can make things out of Legos and blocks, right? Well, voxeljet is kind of like that, but with a special machine called a 3D printer.
Imagine that each Lego or block is like a tiny little piece of a bigger picture. Voxeljet works by taking lots of tiny little pieces and sticking them together to make something bigger and more complex.
But instead of using physical bricks, Voxeljet uses something called voxels. These are like digital Legos that can be arranged and stacked up in any way that we want.
So, if we want to make a toy car or an action figure, we can use a computer program to design the toy and break it down into lots of little voxel pieces. Then, we load that design into the Voxeljet printer, which builds the toy layer by layer, one little voxel at a time.
Once all the voxels are stacked up and glued together, we end up with a really cool toy that we can play with or use for other things. And all of it was made with the power of Voxeljet!
