ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

WASR-series rifles

So imagine you are playing with toy guns, and you have one that shoots little foam darts. Now, imagine you have a grown-up friend who likes guns and has a real one that shoots actual bullets. The grown-up friend has a type of gun called a "WA-ser" (pronounced "wah-ser") and it's really popular because it's modeled after a famous type of gun that's been used in lots of wars.

The WA-ser is made in a place called Romania, which is really far away. The grown-up friend says the manufacture process of the WA-ser is not perfect - sometimes the gun doesn't work as well as other times. But the grown-up friend also says that with some fixing and adjusting, the WA-ser can be a really good gun.

The grown-up friend also says that owning a real gun is serious business and not like playing with toy guns. It's important to get training and use the gun safely if you ever decide to own one.
