Weierstrass product

Hello kiddo! Today we are going to talk about something called the Weierstrass product. It is like a special way of multiplying numbers together.

Imagine you have a bunch of numbers and you want to multiply them all together, but it would take too long to do it one by one. So, instead, you can use the Weierstrass product to turn all those numbers into one big fancy number.

But this fancy number is not just any number. It is actually something called a function. A function is like a machine that takes in a number as input and spits out another number as output.

Now, this Weierstrass product function has a lot of special properties. For example, it can make really wavy shapes that go up and down, up and down, forever without stopping. These shapes are called fractals.

And these fractals are super cool because they show up in lots of places in math and science, like in the shapes of snowflakes, the patterns on animal skin, and even the way sound waves travel.

So, in summary, the Weierstrass product is a special way of multiplying numbers together to create a function that can make cool, wavy shapes called fractals.
