Whisper network

A whisper network is a way for people to share information and stories that is only meant to be shared with a small, reliable group of people. It works kind of like a secret club. Someone has a story or piece of information that they want to share with a few people, usually people they trust. They tell the other people in the network and the people in the network tell other trusted people, but only in a whisper. That means they don't share it publicly on the internet or in a big group. The story or information only travels through the network by word-of-mouth, or in a whisper. That's why it's called a "whisper network".
