Whole food

Okay kiddo, today we will learn about whole food!

Whole food means that we eat food that is as close to how it is found in nature as possible. That means we eat fruits and vegetables, whole grains, nuts, and seeds instead of processed foods that have added sugars and unhealthy fats.

Whole foods have all the natural nutrients and fibers that our body needs to stay healthy. They come in different colors, shapes, and sizes and taste yummy too! So, when we eat whole foods, our body gets all the good stuff it needs to grow strong and fight off bad germs and diseases.

Remember, whole foods are the best foods for our body because they come from nature and keep us healthy and happy!
