Wildcat strike action

A wildcat strike is when workers decide to stop working and go on strike without first asking their bosses for permission. It is different from a normal strike as people do it without planning or talking to anyone else beforehand. Think of it like a surprise party that no one knew about until it happened. People will go on strike to protest things like low pay or bad working conditions, in the hopes that their bosses will change the rules and make things better for the workers.
