Window manager

Think of a window manager like a helper who makes sure all your computer programs are working together nicely.

You know when you open a program on your computer, it shows up in a rectangular box, right? That box is called a "window." And a window manager is a fancy computer tool that helps keep all your windows organized and easy to use.

For example, a window manager can help you move your windows around and change their sizes so you can see everything that's going on. It can also help make sure that one window doesn't cover up another window you need to see.

Window managers are like the traffic police of your computer – they make sure everything is moving smoothly and everyone gets where they need to go.
