Wirearchy

Wirearchy is like a type of management structure, but it doesn't act like the traditional structures people are used to. It doesn't have a lot of rules and it doesn't have a lot of bosses telling people what to do. Instead, it works more like a web or a network, with different people connected to each other and helping each other out. Everyone has their own skills and roles, so each person can use their talents to help out in different ways. There is no one person at the top telling everyone else what to do, so it's a lot more flexible and open to change.
