Woman Suffrage Procession

Woman suffrage procession was a march of women demanding the right for women to vote, or elect the leaders of their country. It was a protest movement that happened in the early 1900s. Hundreds of women would take to the streets and march with signs and banners saying things like, "Give us the Vote!" Many of these women were joined by men who also supported their efforts. They wanted women to have the same rights as men to elect their leaders and to be able to feel like they were part of the community. This was an important step towards equal rights for women, and it eventually helped get them the right to vote in 1920.
