Work–family balance in the United States

Work-family balance means having enough time in your day to do both the things you do at work (like your job) and the things you do at home (like spending time with family, or doing chores). In the United States, many people find it difficult to balance their work and family life. Because work often takes up a lot of time, it can be hard to find time to spend with family and friends, or to do the things that are important to you. Work-family balance can also be difficult because when you're at work you might be thinking about home and when you're home you might be thinking about work. It's important to find a healthy balance so that you can have time for both.
