Work–life balance in Germany

A work–life balance in Germany means that people are able to have the right amount of time for both their work and their personal life. It means that you can have time for things like spending time with family, hobbies, relaxation, and other activities outside of work. In Germany, the law says that people should have no more than 48 hours work per week including overtime - this helps to ensure that people have enough time away from work to relax and do other activities. Employees also have legal rights in Germany which will give them around four weeks of paid holidays each year too. All of this is aimed at helping people to maintain a good balance between work and life so that they can stay healthy and enjoy life!
